We love the tag and are really happy with it so far but it took a month to get here after being told 5-7 days so I knocked a couple of stars off for that. When I finally spoke with Anna she was very good and offered to send another or refund the money but it showed up two days later so all was good. We didn't realize it was being shipped from overseas until it was already sent. Still good quality and price.

Great customer service. Quick to reply and when our first tag went missing in the post, a second was sent straight away. Nice little tag for the price.

Satisfaite des trois médailles commandées, produits soignés et le rendu est très joli. Commande reçue dans un emballage sympathique et appliqué. Délai de livraison un peu plus long qu'indiqué sur le bon de commande.

Ordered our new tag for the newest member of the family, and i must say i wasnt disappointed!! Fit perfectly and it makes our little man look like a prince! Very clear printing and very clear, and looks just perfect! Really makes paying a little extra to get it right first time! Would highley recomend!!

Medaille bien reçue. Bonne qualité. J'aurai aimé qu'elle soit plus petite. Pour un chien semble idéale, mais pour un chat je la trouve un peu grande.
